The Armor Room: What protected me then, and what healthy protection do I need now?
The Mirror Room: Who am I beneath the roles?
The Release Room: What from my past is still directing my present?
The Hidden Room: What gift, voice, or unfinished work am I ready to bring into view?
The Clutter Room: What should I release, complete, pause, or carry forward?
We return together in the Builder Room to choose one meaningful next step, then close at the Threshold with a truth to carry forward and an action for the next seven days.
